What you’ll do

As a graphic designer for a digital marketing establishment, you specialize in creating designs for the unique needs of digital owned and shared media platforms, like websites, social media channels, newsletters, etc. You are responsible for executing graphic design and production of multimedia materials, with a strong focus on creating  and editing existing files, adhering to brand and style guide standards, and collaborating with design management to produce high-quality campaigns and other design deliverables. 

Who you are

Aside from your talent, you have the ability to communicate a client’s story and brand ideas within the brand vision and guidelines and timeframes. A multimedia designer should look beyond the surface and explore continuously the big picture and the details at the same time. You have to be open-minded, willing to try new things and comfortable taking advice and direction from your Project Manager and Art Director, hence becoming the “Problem Solver”. Last but not least, evolve! Nobody knows it all, and learning new tech, tips and tricks is part of you.

Job R & Rs


  • Produce digital media graphics for social media channels, web, and email marketing following guidelines and sizes.

  • Branding and identity design.

  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines and schedules.

  • Follow the creative lead of the Art Director in coordination with the rest of the  team and Project Managers and assist where needed.

  • Strong understanding and execution of workflows, asset management, storage, and archiv with reference to company guidelines.

  • Solid presentation skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience, agency or corporate in-house experience.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong layout skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Demonstrated skills in knowledge-intensive, data visualization to produce compelling and visually engaging designs for infographics.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing full-fledged corporate identities, including iconography.

  • Demonstrate and safeguard ethics and integrity.

  • Take charge of self-development and take initiative;

  • Work in teams: Demonstrate ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Encourage knowledge Sharing with teammates.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Video Editing tools like Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects.

  •  Experience in Motion Graphics.

  • Experience in video editing ideally in Adobe Premiere Pro.
